If you are planning a trip and want a capable vehicle for gravel roads, trailheads, and the places a rental-counter sedan is not allowed to go, tell us your dates. We will contact you when we open, and if we are not ready in time we will say that too.

Alaska Jeep Rentals is a new venture from Alaska Backcountry Access, an established Girdwood outfitter. ABA has been running guided trips and self-drive rentals in Southcentral Alaska for years, currently operating ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and jetboats.
That means the vehicles are not here yet, but the operation behind them is. If you want something you can rent from us today, our ATV and side-by-side rentals are live now.
What we expect to offer

- Multi-day rates built for road trips, not airport turnarounds
- Pickup in the Girdwood and Anchorage corridor
We are not publishing a fleet list, prices, or an opening date, because we do not have them confirmed. When we do, they will appear here.
